Ingredients required for Silky Banana Yogurt Smoothie
All that you need for preparing Silky Banana Yogurt Smoothie is five easily available ingredients mentioned below.
Yogurt Starter (or A Drop of Lemon Juice) - a little
Milk - 1 Cup
Thick Cream - 1/4 Cup
Banana - 1/4 Cup
Sugar - 1/4 Cup
Apple slices/ Cherry/ Plums Slices - For Garnishing
Silky Banana Yogurt Smoothie Preparation Procedure
First take a cup of cow milk in a vessel and add thick cream
to it.
Now you slightly heat this milk and cream mixture for some
time.
Wait until it starts bubbling and shut down the flame.
Then take a scoop of warm milk from this and whip it with
starter yogurt.
In meanwhile let the milk and cream mixture to cool and get
to its normal temperature.
Next pour the starter and milk mixture along with this milk
and cream mixture that has been getting cooled till now.
Now whip all this together so that the starter yogurt mixes
with all sides of the milk.
Then you can peel banana skin from the bananas and take off
the central seed portions off it.
Add only the flesh part of the bananas to a mixer jar and to
this add required amount of salt.
Once you get a silky cream like result with the ingredients
in mixer jar, add the milk, cream and yogurt starter mixture with this and just
whip it as many times as you need for all the ingredients to get blended well.
Now heat some water in a vessel and check that the water is
just hot and not boiling.
Pour this water in a wide bottom vessel and place the ice
cube mould of any shape that you have.
In that mould pour this yogurt smoothie mixture and garnish
it with any fruits like Apple slices, Cherry or Plums Slices.
For garnishing, just place any of your favourite fruit in
the middle of the ice mould containing yogurt mixture.
Finally you have to place the yogurts into refrigerator for
about 5 hours and then in freezer and let it for an hour or less than it.
The number of hours you have to freeze it depends on your
fridge’s freezing time.
