Homemade Chili Tomato Sauce preparation recipe

Ingredients required for Homemade Chili Tomato Sauce

Tomato - 4 Big
Dry Red Chili Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Salt - A Pinch
Sugar/ Sweetener - 1/4 Teaspoon



Homemade Chili Tomato Sauce preparation procedure

Boil the sliced tomatoes just for one or two minutes.

Then remove the skin from the tomatoes and also remove all the seeds from it.

Now you have to put the flesh part of the tomatoes alone in a mixer jar and mash it as a smooth paste.

Then take a pan and add a teaspoon of oil to it. In this add a teaspoon of dry red chili powder to it.

Within few seconds add the mashed tomatoes and a pinch of salt and sugar/ sweetener to it.

Now boil all these ingredients together for few minutes and check for the consistency. Once you get the saucy consistency shut down the flame and serve it with any of the interesting dishes like fried rice, noodles, Chappathi, Naan, Fulka or Roti.
