Ingredients that you need for preparing Bread and Omelette with Veg Salad for your Breakfast

Brown Bread (Whole Wheat) - 6 Pieces (2 per serving)

Tomato - 3 Small Sliced(1 per serving)

Bell Pepper (capsicum) - 1 Big (sliced)

Cashew Nuts - 4 pieces per serving

Raisins (Dry Grapes) - 7 Pieces per serving

Egg - 3 Pieces (1 per serving)

Mushroom - 100 gram

Broccoli - 100 gram

Coriander leaves - for seasoning


How to prepare Bread and Omelette with Veg Salad

First cut the vegetables into small pieces.
Now take a non stick pan and put mushroom, broccoli and some capsicum pieces in it.
Then add water, salt and a pinch of turmeric powder to the vegetables and boil it for about few minutes.
Do not cook it fully as a salad must be prepared with either raw or semi-cooked vegetables.
We are boiling the vegetables just to hit away the bacteria in it. This is just for hygiene purpose.
Once the vegetable is boiled stain the water from it and put it in a bowl.
To the vegetables in the bowl, add some pepper or chili (i prefer pepper) and chat masala if you wish.
Do not add salt as we have already added some while boiling. Just sprinkle few drops of lemon essence.
Now the preparation of our vegetable salad is done.
Next we have to prepare the omelette. For this make use of capsicum that is sliced as a ring.
Take a non stick pan and let it to heat for a while. Once the pan is hot enough, place the capsicum and pour a whole egg into it.
You can sprinkle a pinch of salt to this and let it to cook. Need not flip the omelette to the other side. It is just enough to cook it in one side.
You can take the omelette off the flame and repeat the same step for other omelettes.
Now take the whole wheat breads and toast it with an oil free toaster or a non stick pan.
The cooking process is over by now. Only thing that is left is garnishing and serving.
Take the serving plates and place toasted bread, omelette, cooked salad, nuts, raisins, raw sliced tomatoes and finally coriander leaves.
