Apple - 1 No.
Almond - 10 Nos.
Honey - 5 Tsp.
Milk - 1 Cup
Preparation procedure for Fruit, Milk and Nut Smoothie
Clean apple and remove skin from it.
Remove seeds and true fruit portion from apple.
Cut apple into small pieces.
Now take a mixer jar and add apple, Almond, honey and
milk.
Mash them all finely and serve it as it is.
Blending fruit with vegetable is healthy. If you are going
to give it for your children, they will not even know what you have added in
it. So if you wish you can add healthy vegetables like carrot and beetroot. Adding almond is highly nutritious and nourishes the taste of your smoothie
too. For sweetness adding sugar is unhealthy. So I am going to use honey for
sweetness in this dish. Milk helps to blend the smoothie well.
Do not filter the mashed fruit and vegetable mixture.
Transfer it directly into serving glass and chill it for a
while before serving.
