How to prepare Mutton Keema Fry:



Ingredients needed for preparing Mutton Keema Fry



Pepper Powder

Oil

Mutton Kema


Ginger Garlic Paste

Raw Rice

Coriander Powder

Turmeric Powder

Chili Powder

Garam Masala Powder

Lemon Juice

Corn Flour

Salt

Onion (Finely Chopped)

Coriander Leaves


Mutton Keema Fry cooking procedure with step by step recipe

First take a cooker and add the finely cut mutton and salt to it. Now add water along with this and cook it to three-fourth stage.

Take a pan and add required amount of oil in it. Let the oil to heat in sim flame.

Now take a bowl and put the mutton that is finely chopped. Then add chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt to it.

You can also add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, ginger & garlic paste, raw rice that is already soaked and grinded coarsely, corn flour, and lime juice.

Now make it into small balls or any of the shape that you wish and put them in oil.

Let it to fry well and flip flop it to the other side. Then it has to fry in the reverse side also. Keep the stove in sim flame for the second side and wait for a while.


After this is fried, your interesting Mutton Keema Fry is ready to serve.
