Mutton Dry Gravy with fried Coconut Flakes Cooking Recipe

Ingredients Required for Mutton Dry Gravy with fried Coconut Flakes

Mutton – 250 Gram

Oil – 100 Gram

Onion (Finely Chopped) – 150 Gram

Tomato (Finely Chopped) – 75 Gram

Ginger and Garlic Paste – 100 Gram



Curry Leaves for Flavor

Green Chilies – 10 Gram

Coriander Leaves for Garnishing

Fried Dry Coconut – 50 Gram

Ginger Flakes – Little

Pepper – 50 Gram

Salt – To Taste

Mutton Dry Gravy with fried Coconut Flakes preparation recipe

Add oil to a pan and let it to heat.

Then add Julian Ginger flakes and chopped onions.

With this add a pinch of salt and some curry leaves.

Now let the onions to turn to golden brown shade.

After that add the chopped tomato and let it to cook for a while.

Previously boil the shredded mutton with oil salt and ginger garlic paste for flavor.

Now add this boiled mutton and add required amount of water with it.

To this add some curry leaves, pepper and some ginger, garlic paste.

Finally you can add the fried coconut and green chilies after the dish losses all its water content.
