Whole Black Pepper – 50 Gram
Onion – 150 Gram
Tomato – 75 Gram
Green Chilies – 10 Gram
Curry Leaves and Coriander leaves for Garnishing
Ginger and Garlic Paste – 100 Gram
Cumin Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Red Chili Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Turmeric Powder – ½ Tea Spoon
Oil – 150 ml
Garam Masala – ½ Tea Spoon
Salt – To Taste
Chicken fried Curry preparation Procedure
Add oil to a pan and add Coriander Seeds, Whole Black Pepper, Small Onions, Fennel Seeds, Bay Leaf, Masala Stick, Cardamom Seeds, Cloves and finally Grated Coconut and fry them.
After frying all these ingredients let them to cool and grind it.
Now take a pan and add some oil to it.
After the oil heats add the marinated chicken.
The chicken must be marinated before an hour with salt, turmeric, garam masala powder and ginger, garlic paste.
You have to fry this chicken separately for about 15 to 20 minutes so that oil and water oozes out from it.
Then keep it aside and take another pan.
In this pan add oil and let it to heat.
After the oil is hot enough add onion and fry until it turns to golden brown.
Then add tomato that is finely chopped and let it to cook.
If required you can add little amount of water with this and cook.
To this you can now add the curry leaves and green chilies.
With this you can also add the grinded masala paste that was fried firstly and ginger garlic paste and let it to cook for some time. You have to keep stirring it occasionally.
After some while you can add the cumin powder, red chili powder and turmeric powder.
Then you can add required amount of water and let it to boil well.
Finally you can add chicken and cook for some more time.
