Ingredients required for preparing Sprouted Green Gram Dosa with Wheat flour
Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tea Spoon
Salt - 1 Tea Spoon
Water - As much as required
Sprouted Green Gram - 1 Cup
Andhra Podi - 2 Table Spoons
Coconut Jagery mixture - 2 Table Spoons
Cooking Procedure for Sprouted Green Gram Dosa with Wheat flour
First take a bowl and add wheat flour to it. In it add cumin seeds and required amount of salt.
Then add water with it and blend it like a thick paste (Idly Batter Consistency)
Now take a flat non stick pan and heat it in medium flame.
Once the pan is hot enough, pour the wheat batter and spread it like doing for usual dosa.
Then grease the dosa with oil all around.
Now you have to layer the Sprouted green grams over them evenly.
Over this lead it with coconut, jaggery paste. If you spread when it is in stove, the jaggery will stick on the tawa.
Now close the dosa with a lid and wait for 1 or 2 minutes.
Then you can open the lid and directly transfer the dosa to the serving plate.
You can serve the hot and spicy dosa as it is with any side dishes like chutneys.
For the sweet dosa, you are going to add the toppings only now. In this dosa with sprouted green gram layer add one more layer with a mixture of grated coconut and jaggery and serve it hot.
