In this page of Recipe Networks, we shall see about how to prepare Crunchy Cheesy Pizza without using an Oven. This Home made Pan top hot veg pizza can be made by following the simple steps shown below.
1. Take a cup of Maida
2. Add sufficient sugar to it and also add little salt.
3. Add half cup of water to it and mix the Maidha with the above said ingredients gently just like how you do mix on making chapati or Poori. If you wish the Pizza to be more soft, you can mix some curd to this mix and in case you wish the Pizza to be more chrunchy avoid adding curd.
Tip # 1 : When doing the mixing of something with Maida do soak your hand with some oil. So that Maida will not get stick with your hand for continuing the mix.
4. The mix will get a shape in few minutes. Now keep it in a closed, air locked container for 30 / 60 minutes.
1. Cut the Tomatos and keep. As we have to remove the skin part of the hard tomato's, the tomato shall not be cut completely but put just 4 lines across and keep in water. Then keep the water with tomato on stove and do boil it by keeping the stove in high flame and wait just for few minutes.
2. Get the tomato out of the stove and cool it for easy removal of the skin.
Vegetables required to make Crunchy Cheese Pizza are as follows;
1. Carrot
2. Onion
3. Capsicum
Steps:
1. Remove the skin from the carrot and remove the head and tail parts from the carrot and cut the carrot by length wise.
2. Remove the seeds from the Capsicum and cut it into pieces.
Tip # 2: Cutting all the vegetables by length wise will be useful while dressing up the Pizza.
3. Now gotta cut the onions. Chop the onions into pieces.
Tip # 3 : What do to avoid tears coming out while cutting onions?
The reason for tears coming out while cutting onion is the enzymes present in the onions. By refrigerating the onion we can avoid the tears coming out of eyes.
After cutting the onion, make sure the cheese is ready with you to add by make it loose.
Now peal the tomato skin which was boiled earlier. The reason for removing the skin out off tomato is to avoid while eating the pizza and to make the sauce free flow. Now remove all seeds from the tomato. Additionally the seed will be a challenge for getting digestion when passing the kidney.
