Ingredients required to make Ribbon Then kuzhal:



1. Rice flour

2. Spice Powder

3. Dalda

4. Asafetida

5. Water



6. Salt

7. Chickpea Flour

How to make Ribbon Thenkuzhal:

Step # 1: Get some oil and heat up using the stove. On the other hand get the flour ready. To get the flour ready, get 4 spoons of Rice Flour with 2 spoons of Chickpea flour and add sufficient salt with it.

Note : The amount how much, the Rice flour added takes the important place that it will cause for giving nice chrunchiness to the product ( Ribbon Thenkuzhal ).

Step # 2 : With the above said mix, add 2 spoons of spice powder and some dalda. Now add half spoon of Asafetida with the semi prepared mix of the flour that we are making for the Ribbon Thenkuzhal recipe. Now mix the above said things finely using hand. After mixing gently, add some water to the mix. Keep on mixing until the mixture gets a solid shape.

Step # 3: By this time the oil that we kept for heating should have got ready. Now get some of the mixture that you have already prepared with the flours by filling your palm.

Step # 4: Now put the flour mix inside an Axis and squeeze the axis gently by keeping the axis right on top of the hot oil that we have prepared and kept on the stove already. Thats it. Now the Tamilnadu Traditional Ribbon Then Kuzhal is ready to eat.
