Baked Gram Flour/ Pulses Flour Curry Preparation Procedure
Take the gram flour that you have prepared already and add salt with it. Now add required amount of water and make it to the consistency of a Idly batter.
Now take the rice cake baker or idly cooker and in those plates pour this flour.
Then bake this gram flour batter for about 10 to 15 minutes.
It will bake well and become like idlies. Then you have to let it to get to normal temperature and cut them into small \pieces. You can dice them into the size exactly like which you will do for mutton liver.
Next you have to take oil in a pan and heat it in medium flame. Then put these baked pieces into hot oil and deep fry them.
After frying take them out and place in a tissue paper so that excess oil from it will drain away.
Then take a pan and add a tea spoon of oil to it.
In this add the finely chopped onion and fry until it turns to golden brown.
After this you will have to add the ginger and garlic paste and saute for some time. Fry this until the raw smell from it vanishes completely.
To this you will have to add the pepper and cumin seed powder now.
Also add red chili powder with this and just saute it once after adding all these ingredients.
Finally you can transfer it to serving plate and serve the Hot and Spicy Baked Gram Flour/ Pulses Flour Curry. I name it Veg Liver Curry. :-)
You can serve this with any main dish for break fast or lunch or dinner. And you can even give this Baked Gram Flour/ Pulses Flour Curry as a snack or tiffin.
