Ingredients required to prepare Pearl millet and Whole Green Gram Sweet balls

Ghee - 2 Tbsp
Pearl Millet - 1 Cup
Whole Green Gram - 1 Cup
Jaggery - 1 Cup
Badam (Grated) - 1 Tbsp

How to prepare Pearl millet and Whole Green Gram Sweet balls

Take a dry pan and fry Pearl millet for some time. After frying keep it aside in a plate to dry.
Then in the same way fry and let the Whole Green Gram to cool.
Once these two ingredients cools, put them in a mixer jar and make it into a fine powder.
Now take a pan and add ghee in it. Let it to melt and then add the powdered contents into it.
Then add jaggery and grated badam together with this.
Fry all these ingredients for some time and shut out the flame.
Let it to cool a little bit and then make it into perfect balls.

Alert: For those who are on diet, please note that Pearl millet which is known as kambu in Tamil is a content rich in cholesterol and so you may gain weight if you eat this sweet a lot.
