Ingredients to make Panner Dip |
Preparation procedure for Paneer Dip with Fresh Vegetables is just simple. GO THROUGH.
Paneer that is added
in this dish must alone be cooked.
For that you have to take water in a bowl and put the paneer pieces in it.
Then boil the water in which you have immersed paneer
into.
After paneer is completely cooked, drain off the water and also squeeze
away excess water from it.
All that you have to do is, grind cooked paneer and all
other above said ingredients into a fine paste.
Then you have only vegetable cutting work left off.
Take a
whole red or yellow capsicum and slit it horizontally in the top.
Now remove
the seeds and the other flesh part inside the capsicum with the help of a knife
or a spoon. Capsicum is also known as Bell Pepper.
Finally we have to cut the vegetables that we are going to taste
with the paneer dip.
Carrot Cucumber, Green Capsicum and Beetroot are some of
the vegetables that I have chosen for the Dip. You can choose vegetables of
your own choice.
First you have to slice all these vegetables into thick and
long slices.
You may cut it to the size which you do for the potato finger
fries. I.E., the vegetables must be finger size in length and thickness.
For
this dish, the vegetables need not be cooked. It will healthy and tastes good
when it is fresh and raw.
Off course you can enhance the taste of the dish by
slightly cooking all these vegetables.
In this Paneer Dip recipe, we are using
capsicum for both serving and dipping.
Put all the vegetables, capsicum that is
used for both serving and dipping, carrot, cucumber and beetroot in a bowl of
water.
Add few pinches of salt to it so that it will taste better.
Now boil
this water for just a minute or two and then drain off the vegetables from the
water.
Finally, take the capsicum that you have chosen for serving
and pour the paste that you have prepared previously into it. Garnish the Dip with black pepper which has a healthy effect in it.
You can serve it by arranging the vegetables alternately. It
will be a great treat to your taste buds and also for your eyes. This is
because of the unbeatable taste of the dish and colourful arrangement of the
vegetables.
