Easy and Delicious Dip with Spinach and Tofu making steps

Clean the spinach in clear water and stain all the water contents from it. Now first you have to chop this spinach into small pieces. It is not necessary that palak is the spinach the must be used in this compulsorily. If you could not find palak for this season, you can go with any other spinach and proceed with the same spinach and tofu dip recipe.

We have to saute this spinach at first as the basic process for preparing this spinach and tofu dip.
For this take a pan and add a spoon of oil in it. Just use very very little oil.
It is a good snack item. You can even give it in tiffin for your children. Those who are dieting can take it.

Once the spinach is sauted well keep it aside in a plate. Now take a spoon of oil again and put oinions in it and wait until it turns translucent.
Now cut tofu into small pieces where in this while the spinach and onions will cool.
Tofu need not be sauted, it can be raw. If you do not like to eat it raw, you can cook it along with onions.

Now take a mixer jar and add spinach, onions, salt, lemon essence, black pepper and tofu. Now grind all these ingredients. Thats all! now your spinach and tofu dip is ready. You can have it with any main dishes like toasted bread, rusk or you can even sandwich it with any other ingredients into raw bread.
