Carrot
Vegetable Ball Manchurian
Capsicum
Cabbage
onion
Salt
Maida
Corn Flour
Bread crumb
Oil


Garlic
Green Chili
Soya Sauce
Vinegar
Garam Masala
Spring Onion
Tomato Puree

Instructions to carry out this Vegetable Ball Manchurian recipe for your dinner


Take a bowl and add the vegetables (Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum) and Onion in it.
To this add little salt for taste and Maida flour and Corn flour for binding.
Add few drops of water and mix it well. Then make it as small balls.
Now dip these balls in bread crumbs. See that the ball is completely covered on all sides with this bread crumbs.
Now take oil in a pan and heat it well. After the oil gets hot, put the vegetable balls into it and fry until it gets a blonde brown colour.
After frying all vegetable balls, we have to make the gravy for the vegetable balls Manchurian. For this take some oil in another pan and add onion into it.
After onion fries and turns to transparent shade add capsicum into it.
Next you have to add garlic and green chilli and fry well.
Then you have to add little garam masala and salt.
After adding all these you have to slow down the flame and then add spring onion, vinegar, Soya sauce and tomato puree.
Finally mix a spoon of corn flour in little water and add this to your Vegetable Ball Manchurian.
Now you can add the vegetable balls and some water. Cook it for few minutes so that all the flavours and taste enter into the veg balls.
Your Vegetable Ball Manchurian is ready once it gets a thicker consistency.

You can serve this as a side dish with any tiffins like chapathi, Naan, roti or even dosa.
