Moilee is a dish that is recently incorporated by tamilian's. Where as the origin of this dish is from kerala. Green Chilli
Ginger
Turmeric Powder

Prawn Moilee cooking Process
Take oil in a pan and heat it for a while.
Now add Chopped onions in it and fry well.
Next add curry leaves, green chilli and chopped ginger one after another.
Saute it for sometime and then add little water in it.
Now take second coconut milk which you should prepare previously.
Then add little turmeric poowder and chilli powder to it.
It is now time for the prawns to get into this dish.
When it gets thickened, add pepper powder and few whole peppers too.
Tomato is the only ingredient that gives soar taste in this dish.
Add tomato in this stage and cook further.
After cooking it for few minutes add the first coconut milk at this time.
Add salt and finish the dish.
It will taste awesome with apam, parota and idiyaapam.
Serve this with any of your main dishes. You can even prepare this prawn moilee as a side dish for rice in the lunch time.
