Spicy Egg Aapam, Easiest recipe with egg and rice cake batter

Ingredients that you should add to prepare Spicy Egg Aapam:

Yellow of 1 Egg

Rice Cake Batter (Idly / Dosa Maavu) 3 Tbsp

Black gram & chili powder (Idly / Dosa Podi) 1 Tbsp

Pepper 1 Tsp

Salt Required Amount

Oil 1 Tsp

How to prepare this easiest dish, Spicy Egg Aapam with egg and rice cake batter?

Take a cup; make a small hole in egg and pour the white of the egg. This is not actually required for our dish. Keep this egg white ready and read my next article to prepare a sweet dish with this. Now continue trying the Spicy Egg Aapam with the following recipe.

After all the white is emptied, brake-open the egg and take out the yellow in another cup.

To this add 3 table spoons of the rice cake batter and Black gram & chili powder.

Now add 1 tea spoon of pepper and required amount of salt to it.

Then take a small pan and pour little oil to it. Once the pan is hot, pour the beaten egg mixture to it.

To proceed, take the pan from flame and round it to spread it in around.

Finally add oil around it and fry. It is enough to fry this in one side.

Remove the Spicy Egg Aapam with a spoon and serve hot.

Spicy Egg Aapam is an easiest dish that you can prepare with the available ingredients in your house.
