How to make a Spicy Dish with Rusk

Ingredients Required for Spicy Dish with Rusk



Rusk

Onion
Salt
Pepper
Turmeric 
Red Chili Powder 
Green Chilies
Curry Coriander leaves 


Tomato
Garlic

Preparation Procedure for Spicy Dish with Rusk

  1. Before you start cooking this innovative spicy dish with Rusk, break the Rusk pieces into small pieces.
  2. Then take a mixy and coarsely grind onion, tomato, garlic and green chilies.
  3. Now pour oil in a tawa and heat it. After the oil is hot add the coarsely grinned ingredients to it. Now fry these ingredients well.
  4. Keep stirring till the ingredients saute well and then all the curry and coriander leaves to it.
  5. Now you can also add the salt, pepper, red chili powder and turmeric powder.
  6. Cook all these ingredients well for some time and finally add the Rusk pieces and little cooked rice to it.
  7. (Before adding the Rusk pieces you can take this mixture and stuff it in between two breads and even serve as sandwich.)
  8. After adding the Rusk pieces cook it for only few minutes in small flame and that's it. 
  9. Now the innovative spicy dish with Rusk is ready.
  10. You can serve this spicy dish with Rusk as evening snacks or even as a break fast.
