Ingredients required for Mango Pachadi 50 50
Oil 1 Tspn
Mustard Seeds 1 Tspn
Black Gram (Split) 1 Tspn
Onion (Big) 1
Mango (Big Size) 1
Chili Powder 1 Tspn
Jaggery 1 Cup
Salt As much as required
Mango Pachadi 50 50 Preparing Procedure
- First of all you should grate the mango into small pieces. Use the grater and not mixy for grating the mango.
- Now there is another important preparation to be made before cooking this Mango Pachadi 50 50. It is to powder the Jaggery finely.
- Also chop the onion into small pieces before you start cooking the Mango Pachadi 50 50.
- Then take a tawa and pour oil in it. Now keep this in medium flame and let the oil to heat.
- Once the oil is hot put the mustard seeds and let it to crackle.
- After that put the split black gram seeds and fry it till it turns into golden brown color.
- Now you can add the onion and fry it also till it turns into golden brown color.
- Then add the grated mango, chili powder, salt and jaggery along with it and sauté it well.
