Paneer and Ladies Finger Curry
Paneer with ladies finger curry is an innovative combination of a side dish in tamil nadu recipes. It has a special taste that you will enjoy in your lunch with any rice.
Paneer – 200 g
Ladies Finger – 200 g
Onion (Big) – 1 No.
Chili powder – 1 Tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 Tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 Tsp
Star Anish – 2 No.
Cinnamon – 2 No.
Cloves – 2 No.
Nutmeg – 2 No.
Curd – 2 Tsp
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 Cup
Salt – To Taste
Curry Leaves – 1 Bunch
Ani Seeds – 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp
Take a spoon of oil in a pan and add ladies finger in it. Fry this long chopped ladies finger until it is 3/4th cooked. This is because, ladies finger will have a sticky fluid which will form a gummy layer at the bottom of the vessel after frying. If we fry this separately and add with our Paneer and Ladies Finger Curry, it will enhance its taste.
Take oil in another separate pan and add let it to heat.
Once oil heats, add ani seeds, star anish, cinnamon, cloves,
curry leaves, onion, ginger & garlic paste, ladies finger, salt, Pepper
powder, chili powder and then coriander powder one after another.
Let it to fry for some time. Saute it once in few minutes.
Add paneer to it along with the ladies finger that is fried to its 3/4th
stage.
Fry it further for some time.
Then add curd in it and mix well.
Finally take it in serving plate and garnish it with
coriander leaves.
