Recipe for Groundnut Salad/ Peanut Salad

Ingredients Required to prepare Groundnut Salad

Cucumber - 1 No. (Cut into Rounds)

Carrot - 1 No. (Finely Chopped)

Onion - 1 No. (Finely Chopped)

Tomato - 1 No. (Finely Chopped) without seeds portion

Coriander Leaves - 1 Bunch (Finely Chopped)

Groundnut - 1 Cup (Boiled)

Raw Mango - 1 No. (Grated)

Salt - To Taste

Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon

Lemon Juice - 1 Tea Spoon

How to prepare Groundnut Salad

Take a bowl and put Groundnuts into it. In the same bowl add carrot, tomato, coriander leaves and raw mango.

Mix them all well but constantly stirring for a minute. On this add salt, pepper and squeeze a portion of lemon juice into it. Also add the cucumber that you have cut into rounds.

Now finally give a brisk mix with a spoon so that all tastes get along the Groundnut salad.

It is not necessary that you have to take a bowl full of groundnuts every day to get its health benefits. It is just enough if you take a handful of groundnuts every day. The best way to eat groundnuts daily is to add them in any combination of salads that you can take for your evening snacks.
