Ingredients Required to prepare Homemade Mango Ice Cream
Mango - 4 Nos. (Big)Milk - 2 Cups
Vanilla Ice Cream Powder - 2 Cup
Jelly - 4 Tea Spoons
Preparation procedure for Mango Ice Cream
To prepare mango ice cream first take milk in a thick bottom vessel and boil it until it becomes thick. Then let it to cool. Now take the mangoes and wash it well. Peel of the skin from the fruit and cut into small pieces. Mix it in a mixer jar by adding little water if it is required.Transfer the mango fruit in a vessel. Now take the cooled milk and Jelly in a mixer jar and mix it well. After it becomes like a fine paste, add it to the mango pulp that is already mashed. Now add ice cream powder to this mixture and blend well.
After that keep this mixture in freezer for more than 3 hours and serve it cool.
