Dry grapes – 5 grams
Dry fruits – 5 grams each (Cashew, Pista, Badam and etc.)

How to make Gulkand
Take the Damascus rose and shed them into petals.
Then wash them thoroughly with 2 or 3 clear waters.
Now put them to dry in room temperature. Do not dry them under sun or any other warm environment. Drying in shade will help to keep the nutrient values of the flower without getting evaporated.
After the rose petals are free from water droplets, you can put them into honey. To this add the poppy seeds, dry grapes and dry fruits.
