In this article let us see an interesting and new recipe from the Tamil Nadu style. Egg is a favorite dish for most of the children and even for elders. Egg is also a healthy food. Especially it boosts your energy when you have it for breakfast. This Avicha Muttai Thuruval Kari (Boiled Egg Shredded Curry) is a side dish that you can prepare for any break fast varieties like dosa, idly, bread, bun, chapathi, poori or any other variety of roties.

Ingredients required to prepare Avicha Muttai Thuruval Kari (Boiled Egg Shredded Curry)
Oil - 2 Table Spoons
Onion (Finely Chopped) - 1 Cup
Red Chilly Powder - 1 & 1/2 Tea Spoons
Coriander Powder - 1/4 Tea Spoons
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tea Spoons
Green Chilly (Finely Chopped) - 1 Nos.
Tomatoes (Finely Chopped) - 2 Nos.
Salt - As per Taste
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 Tea Spoon
Boiled Eggs (Shredded) - 2 Nos.
Raw Eggs - 2 Nos.

How to prepare Avicha Muttai Thuruval Kari (Boiled Egg Shredded Curry)
Take a pan and add oil to it. Once the oil is hot enough put the finely chopped onion to it and start frying.
Fry it until it turns golden brown and then add red chilli, coriander powder, turmeric powder and finely chopped green chillies one after the other. Now mix them thoroughly for few times.
Add tomato and required amount of salt to this pan and let it to cook until it turns soft.
In this stage add garam masala powder and coriander leaves to it.
Now add two grated/ shredded boiled eggs in this and mix well. After adding eggs cook just for 2 more minutes in low flame.
Now the Avicha Muttai Thuruval Kari is ready. You can serve this with any dishes like chapathi or roti. Or if you wish it to be a typically egg dish we can add up more egg with a base half boil.
For this take another pan and add a tea spoon of oil to it. Once the pan is hot break two eggs into it and spread salt and chilly powder to it. Half boil it and transfer to a serving plate. On this you can spread the Avicha Muttai Thuruval Kari and serve hot.
