Rice Flour - 1 Cup (500 grams)
Urad Dal/ Black Gram powder - 50 grams
Yeast/ Sour Idly batter - 1 Teaspoon
Palm Jaggery - 500 grams
Ginger paste - 1 Table spoon
Dry Ginger Powder - 1 Tea spoon
Water - As much as required

1. To make the batter first take a bowl and add rice flour to it. To prepare this rice flour we have to soak the rice in water for at-least 8 hours and then drain off all the water and moisture content in sun shade.
