Chicken Manchurian Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Manchurian Recipe


Chicken (Boneless, each cut into 1 inch pieces)....450 gm
Onion (Finely Chopped).............................................30 gm

Tomato (Grind)..........................................................50 gm
Green Chili ((Finely Chopped)).................................75 gm
Garlic (Crushed)...........................................................50 gm
Capsicum (Finely Chopped).......................................30 gm





Ingredients for outer layer of Chicken Manchurian Recipe


Super-Refined Wheat Flour (Maida Flour).....115 gm
Baking Powder..........................................1 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder..........................................1/2 Teaspoon
Corn Flour.................................................50 gm
Egg...........................................................1 No
Salt...........................................................As Required
Water........................................................As Required



Preparation Procedure for Chicken Manchurian Recipe



Mix maida flour, baking powder, pepper powder, corn flour and salt in a vessel. If required add water and blend well.
Soak the chicken pieces one by one in the mixture and fry them in oil till it gets reddish. Keep this aside.
Now take a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil to it. After the oil has got hot add the chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, capsicum and the crushed garlic and fry them well.
With this blend a teaspoon of Ajenamotto salt, required amount of iodized salt and 1 teaspoon of corn flour and let it to cook for a while.
After all these ingredients get thickened, add the already fried chicken pieces to this Tamil Nadu's special Chicken Manchurian mixture and cook further for few minutes.
Then take away the pan from stove and serve the Chicken Manchurian done with this special recipe.
