Ingredients for Tofu & Green Pea Curry Recipe
Tofu (Soya Paneer) 1 Packet
Green Peas 250 gm
Onion 2 Big
Tomato 2 Big
Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 Tbsp
*Garam Masal Powder 1 Tsp
Chili Powder 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
Oil / Ghee 3 Tbsp
Salt To Taste

Cardamom 10 gm
Cloves 10 gm
Cinnamon 10 gm
Bay Leaf 10 gm
Procedure to make Garam Masal Powder that is used in Tofu & Green Pea Curry Recipe
Take a dry pan and heat it without any oil or water drops.
Now slightly heat all the ingredients of Garam Masal Powder that is mensioned above in Tofu & Green Pea Curry Recipe
Then let the heat from these ingredients to subside for sometime
And now using the mixy finely powder all these ingredients
The Garam Masal Powder is now ready to be used for the Tofu & Green Pea Curry Recipe
Take a Teaspoon of Garam Masal Powder to use it in Tofu & Green Pea Curry Recipe and store the rest in an air tight box for future use.
Pre-Cooking Procedure for Tofu & Green Pea Curry Recipe
Take the Tofu from fridge and keep it in room temperature ½ an hour before you start cooking.
After ½ an hour, pat the Tofu in a tissue so that the water content from it is removed fully.
Then dice the Tofu into small pieces.
Now take a frying pan and add a tablespoon of oil or ghee to it and fry the Tofu pieces in medium flame.
Once the Tofu pieces have fried to golden brown shade, remove it from stove and keep it aside.
Cooking Method for Tofu & Green Pea Curry Recipe
Take a frying pan and heat 2 tablespoon of oil in it.
Add the onion to the pan and fry till it turns to golden brown shade.
Next add the Ginger and Garlic paste to the pan and fry it further for some time.
Then add the tomato to the mixture and sauté them well by cook it for a while.
Then add the Chili, Turmeric and Garam Masal powder to the mixture and blend them well.
With this also add the Corn flour so that the curry gets thickened.
Now it is time to add the Green Pea with these ingredients.
Add water and close the pan till the green pea is cooked well.
After that add the Tofu and salt to this mixture and cook for few minutes.
Finally the Tofu & Green Pea Curry prepared with this recipe is ready to serve.
