Garlic is always hard to peal. To make your work easier and for fast cleaning, here is a special tip that I give you.
Put the garlic in a bowl and place it in freezer for about an hour. Then place it outside for about 10 minutes or till the garlic becomes softer. Now try peeling the skin from garlic and this will be the easiest and the fastest method of peeling garlic.

Ginger will have sand and other unclean materials sticking to it. This is because the ginger is harvested from under the ground. So there is nothing wrong if it has all the mud and sand, if you clean it well before using. Put the ginger piece into water and let it to soak for sometime. Try to peel the skin from ginger after that. Ginger will not only be clean, but also will have become easy to clean.

Onion is something which every woman hate to use in kitchen. But without onion, cooking is too hard. As a kitchen queen, you can peel and cut onion without tears from your eyes. For that all you have to do is to light a candle in front of you before peeling and cutting the onion. Also the skin of the onion may fly away due to air from the fan. To avoid this put the onion which has to be peeled into water.

Tomato is a juicy ingredient in your kitchen. So cutting tomato may spoil your hands and also cause loss of the tomato juice while cutting. Being a kitchen queen, to avoid such things you can mash the tomato using the mixer. Also if the tomato is used in your dishes by grinding it, no one can take out the skin of tomato as waste.

Red Chilly is the spiciest ingredient among any of your dish. Frying red chilly by putting it directly in hot oil will make others suffer from the smell of its spiciness. To avoid this, always add red chilies after adding onion into the pan of oil.

Not only tomato, mashing all the ingredients (onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly and all other items) before using it for frying will give extra flavour and taste. Try this way, and no one will have to take out any wastes from your dishes.
