In today’s life cooking has to be made extra healthier even if we choose vegetables like cluster beans that are healthy, since seeing a family without diabetic and blood pressure patients is rare. In case if you concentrate more in cooking the vegetables extra healthier it becomes less tasty. so children at your house may avoid eating vegetables. In this situation you are ended up with confusion whether to cook a vegetable tastier or healthier. Mustard, Split Black Gram, Cumin Seeds.........................................½ Tsp (Each)
Grinded Ginger-Green Chili............................................................ 2 Tsp
Garlic (Crushed).............................................................................4 Cloves
Onions (Chopped)...........................................................................½ Cup
Turmeric Powder...........................................................................¼ Tsp
Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder.......................................................2 Tsp

Bengal Gram (Soaked in water for several hours)...............................2 Cups

Step by step procedure for Tasty Healthy Cluster Beans Fry Recipe
Note 1: Bengal gram must not be grinded into fine paste. It should only be semi-grinded in order to give a crispier taste.
Note 2: For those who like egg, it can be used instead of Bengal gram. This also adds taste for egg lovers and minimizes the work of soaking the Bengal gram overnight.
Note 3: Semi-cook the cluster beans in an open pan and drain so that it will be easy to clean. Draining the water after semi-cooking, makes the cluster beans fry tasty and crispy. Then clean (remove the heads and the mature fibers) and chop it.
Note 4: Removing the mature fiber will make your cluster beans fry tasty as it will be less chewy and easily swallow-able.
Note 5: Remove only the mature fibers leaving the tender once. This will help to make the fiber nutrient stay in your cluster beans fry making it extra healthy. Fiber kills cholesterol that is enemy to blood pressure patients.
Note 6: Deseeding will help in avoiding the carbohydrate contents in your cluster beans fry as the seeds are rich in carbohydrates that are enemies to diabetic patients.

Step by step procedure for Tasty Healthy Cluster Beans Fry Recipe
- Take oil in a vessel and heat well. Once it is heated well add the mustard seeds and let it to crackle.
- Then add the split black gram and let it to fry till it turns golden brown.
- Now add the cumin seeds immediately and let it to crackle. Do not delay in adding the cumin seeds as the split black gram will over fry if left longer.
- After it crackles add the ginger and the green chili paste and fry it well.
- Now add onion to the pan of cluster beans fry till it gets golden brown shade.
- Then add the crushed garlic and fry further as you sauté it. Just crush it and do not grind it. Same way do not add it before ginger, chili or onion because garlic will make the mixture sticky and will not let the other ingredients added further to deep fry.
- Then cook further by adding the turmeric powder, coriander & cumin seed powder, chili powder and salt.
- Add Bengal gram that is soaked over-night or for several hours in water and semi grinded. Now fry this well till the mixture gets dry and sapless.
- Add the cooked deseeded and cleaned cluster beans to the vessel in which cluster beans fry is being prepared. Finally cook it for not more than 2 or minutes. Deseeding makes cluster beans fry extra healthier and separate cooking (with semi-salted) & cleaning (removing heads and mature fibers) makes the cluster beans fry extra tastier.
- Now tasty healthy cluster beans fry is ready to serve. You can serve the tasty healthy cluster beans fry as a side dish with meals or Tiffin. Tasty healthy cluster beans fry can also be served as evening snacks.
