Preparation procedure for Easy and healthy Cluster Bean Fiber Musty / Chutney Recipe
- Take a frying pan and pour oil to it. When the oil it heated put red chili and Bengal gram to it.
- Once the chili and the Bengal gram fry well, add the washed tamarind to it and sauté well.
- After sometime add the remaining of the cluster beans fiber and fry the mixture well and switch off the flame.
- Now let the fry to cool for some time and grind in mixer-grinder.
- Now heat oil in a frying pan and add oil to it.
- Then add mustard seeds and let it to crackle.
- After that add the split black gram and let it to turn golden brown.
- Finally add the curry leaves and grinded musty / Chutney.
- Now with this easy recipe healthy cluster beans fiber musty / Chutney is ready. You can serve it hot with any Tiffin like dosa or chappati.
