Ingredients for Saabhudhaana Vadai Recipe
Tapioca / Sago (Javvarisi) 1 Cup
Potato (Smashed) ¼ Kg
Green Chili (Chopped) 2 No.
Coriander Leaves (Chopped) 1 Bunch
Curry Leaves (Chopped) Little
Ginger 10 gm
Groundnut (Coarsely Grates) 25 gm
Cumin seeds (Coarsely Grates) 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice Few Drops
Salt To Taste
Water Required Amount
Asafetida 1 Pinch
Tamarind Powder 1 Tsp
Oil to Fry
Preparation Procedure for Saabhudhaana Vadai Recipe
1. Soak Tapioca / Sago (Javvarisi) in water for about 1 and ½ hours before starting to prepare Tapioca / Sago (Javvarisi) and Groundnut Vadai Recipe
2. Now when you start to prepare Tapioca / Sago (Javvarisi) and Groundnut Vadai Recipe take a bowl and add the soaked Tapioca / Sago (Javvarisi), smashed potato, chopped green chili, coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger, coarsely powdered groundnut, cumin seeds, lemon juice salt and required amount of water and blend it well.
3. Make small flat and even sized balls of the vadai flour before frying.
4. Then heat oil in frying pan to fry the Tapioca / Sago (Javvarisi) and Groundnut Vadai.
5. Finally put the balls in the oil and fry them to golden brown shade.
6. Now the Tapioca / Sago (Javvarisi) and Groundnut Vadai Recipe is completely finshed.
7. You can serve the Tapioca / Sago (Javvarisi) and Groundnut Vadai hot with any varieties of chutney.
