Fenugreek Leaves (Chopped).......................................................2 Bunches
Green Peas....................................................................................1 Cup
Tomatoes (Big Sized, Chopped)....................................................2 No
Garlic (Ground)............................................................................4 or 5 cloves
Green Chilies (Chopped) .............................................................2 or 3 No
Turmeric Powder.........................................................................¼ Tsp
Chili Powder................................................................................To Taste
Salt...............................................................................................To Taste
Oil/ Ghee......................................................................................1 Tbsp
Paneer (Cubed in small size and deep fried).................................. 50 gm
Preparation method for Fenugreek Leaf Pulav Recipe
- Clean the fenugreek leaves by separating them from the stem. Now wash the fenugreek leaves and let the water from it to stain fully.
- Now keep a pan on stove and pour oil to it. Once the oil is heated add the pasted garlic to it and let to fry till golden brown shade.
- Then add all the other ingredients (tomatoes, Methi, green chilies, salt, chili powder and turmeric powder. Stir-fry for 8-10 minutes.
- Add rice and fry well for another 5 minutes.
- Add enough water and pressure cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Now you have to garnish the Fenugreek Leaf Pulav with fried paneer.
- Now the Fenugreek Leaf Pulav is ready to be served hot with salad or raita.
