Ingredients required for preparing Fruit & Vegetable Soft Drink
Apple - 1
Pineapple - 4 or 5 slices
Pomegranate - Half Fruit
Carrot - 2 pieces
Ginger - 3 inch piece
Honey - 3 Table spoons
Fruit & Vegetable Soft Drink Preparation Procedure
First take all the fruits and vegetables and clean them. You have to remove its skin and other unwanted parts.
Then cut them into small pieces and put them in a mixer jar. Mash all the fruits and vegetables in the mixy. Do not mix honey in this stage. Honey can be added at last. All these ingredients have a sweet taste in it already. So no need of adding sugar or other sweetener. We are using even honey only for garnishing.
After mixing all these fruits and vegetables into a finely grind juice you can directly transfer it to the serving glass. Do not filter it. If you really want to filter it, you can very well do it. But drinking this soft drink as such will be very much good for health. All the fruits and vegetables that we have added has the fiber content in it. The flesh part of these ingredients act as a brush and cleans our intestine very well.
Having juice is very much healthy as it has more water content in it. We basically have to in take a lot of water content to regulate our digestive system. But just think how much water do we consume for a day! You will yourself know that if you calculate the amount of water you consume the result is going to be lesser than your body requires.
