Garlic Chutney

Ingredients required for Garlic Chutney

Tomato - 250 grams (Grinded)

Garlic - 250 grams

Red Chili - 10 Pieces

Tamarind - 1 Small lemon size



Salt - To Taste

Asafetida - 1 Tea spoon

Garlic Chutney Preparation Procedure

First grind the tomatoes in a mixer.

Next take a pan and add some oil to it.

After the oil heats well, add the ground tomato paste to it and let it to cook until it thickens.
Keep stirring occasionally.

Then fry the Garlic, red chilies and tamarind in a separate vessel. This has to be fried in medium flame until the garlic turns to brown shade. Now let it to cool.

Once these ingredients cool, put them in a mixer jar and grind well.

After that add it to the pan in which tomato is already getting cooked.

Then mix them both together and let it to cook until it gets to the consistency as shown the video below.

Finally you can add salt and Salt and asafetida.
