Globe Coco Sprout Sweet

A recipe that we are going to see today has the ingredient with the values of coolant. Until the body does not become hot and maintains its normal temperature, there will not be any problem. As the body heat increases, we will get all defects. It is nothing but the tender part of coconut tree.

You may not know much about this ingredient. You may think think this to be a unknown eatable which is not found in our regional areas. But it is available easily in mountain areas and hilly places. It is also found in other cities now-a days. In a coconut tree at the top portion, there will be new layers of plant sprouting. When you cut down the tree and peal off the tender leaves and outer layer of the dry hard stem, you can find a tender newly sprouting coconut stem.



Ingredients required for Globe Coco Sprout Sweet

Coconut Tree Top (evenly sliced as a sheet) - 2 pieces of same shape

Grated Yellow Pumpkin - 1 Cup

Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup

Poppy Seeds (Pasted) - 1 Tea spoon

Fenugreek Seeds (Pasted) - 1 Tea Spoon

Gooseberry (Juice) - 1 Tea spoon

Honey / Jaggery water - 1 Table spoon


Preparation Procedure for Globe Sprout Sweet

For preparing this Globe Sprout Sweet you need not make use of stove. Because we are going to prepare this like a sandwich only. Just we are going to mix all the above said ingredients and stuff it in Coconut tree top layer.

First take the sprouting part of the coconut tree and make it into an even slice. Like a sheet, you have to cut that stem. You can either have it as it is in round shape. Or you can make some other shapes. But see that you make two pieces of same shape and dimension.

Next take the yellow pumpkin grate it and put it in a bowl.

After that put the gooseberry in a mixer jar and whip it twice or thrice. It will get grated and the seed will remain as such. Take off the seed and put the grated gooseberry alone into that bowl containing yellow pumpkin.

Now take the poppy seeds and fenugreek seeds which has been soaking for about an hour. Then make it as a fine paste and add it to this bowl.

Then take coconut and grate it using a mixer or grater. Add the grated coconut also in that bowl.

Finally break the jaggery into small pieces and mix little water to it. Leave it for some time and the jaggery melts in water and becomes a juicy liquid exactly like honey. Once it becomes like honey, you can add it to the bowl containing other ingredients.

Now you have to mix all these ingredients very well with the help of a spoon or a whipper. After beating them for a while, you will get a sauce like sweet. You have to take that sliced coconut tree top and stuff it with this sweet. Spread it in one layer and use the other sheet to close it.
