Ingredients Required for Unripe Banana and Groundnut Fry
Unripe Banana - 2
Groundnut - 50 gram (Fried)
Onions - 2 Big
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tea spoon
Curry Leaves - 2 Stems
Dry Red Chilies - 4
Chili Powder - 2 Tea spoons
Salt - As much as required
Oil - as much as required
Unripe Banana and Groundnut Fry Preparation Procedure
Take oil in a pan and let it to heat for some time. After the oil heats well add mustard seeds to it and let it to pop.
Once the mustard seeds pop, put the dry red chili in it.
Next add the chopped onion to it and saute for some time.
Now add the red chili powder, coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt to it and mix it once or twice.
Then add the diced unripe banana and pour enough amount of water in it.
Let the unripe banana to cook well and the water to evaporate completely from the pan.
Finally add the skin removed groundnut that you have already fried in a dry pan.
Let it to cook for about 2 minutes and the crispy spicy Unripe Banana and Groundnut Fry is now ready.
You can serve this with any main dishes. Mainly for meals, you can serve this as a side dish with rice.
